We had a great time at Wisconsin Dells last week. Here's Maddie on the climbing wall at the Kalahari's new hotel theme park (look what a close eye the attendant keeps on her)! And the girls sporting their new beaded braid, also done at the hotel. We went to the Tommy Bartlett show, which was kitchy and fun; the kids really enjoyed it. If you stay at the Kalahari through June, you get free tickets to go (normally $20 seats)! Before entertainment started, they held a hula hoop contest, and Mia ran onstage and stole the show.
And check me out on my new crusier. Only pedal brakes and no speeds, so it's strictly for leisurely rides, but that's all I need right now.
Yesterday I bought a big wicker quick-release basket to go on the front. Makes me happy.

Oh, and if you go to the Dells, we can't recommend The Cheese Factory enough. Our favorite restaurant by far.
We're headed north to Crivitz this week to stay at Jeff's friend's cottage. Excited to get away and relax for a few days.

Oh, I miss the Dells! We made it there 5 times in the 2 short years we lived in WI. Luckily, we have a Kalahari and Great Wolfe Lodge here in OH that we can visit.
